All payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card information.

3.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please contact support@firefightertraining.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue.

3.5 Pricing Changes
